Kandi Says Her One-Woman Show Isn't the Same as Todd's Movie

Then the internet did what it does. Some folks pointed out that Kandi had her own one-woman show about the breakup. Others said she was the one who first talked about their bedroom life, on her YouTube channel and on RHOA.

In a recent interview, Kandi explained why she sees it differently. She says her show was kept small on purpose, and phones were collected at the door, so there's no footage out there. Unless you were in the room, you wouldn't know what she said. Her take on Todd's movie is that it's built to sell tickets off her name, or as she put it, "drag Kandi to sell my tickets."

So is it a double standard, or is there a real difference between a private room and a movie screen? Kandi has been giving us R&B since the Xscape days, and she's made her life her business for years. This time, though, she says the story isn't his to sell.
