Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to show ads on this site. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Site statistics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, for example which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, roughly where they are (city or country), what device and browser they use, how they found us, and when the radio player, the VIP suite buttons and the contact form are used. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device (names starting with “_ga”) to tell visits apart. It doesn’t give us your name, email address or the contents of anything you type, and we never send it that information.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, Instagram handle (if you add one), the reason you’re writing and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to handle event, suite and partnership inquiries. Messages our spam filter blocks are kept for 14 days so a real message caught by mistake isn’t lost, then deleted. We don’t sell your information.

Buying a VIP suite package

Payments are handled by Square on Square’s own checkout page. We don’t see or store your card details. Square’s privacy policy applies to that checkout. For ticket delivery we may need your name, email and Ticketmaster account details.

The live radio stream

Our radio stream and “now playing” information come from our streaming provider (AzuraCast hosting at asurahosting.com). When you press play, your device connects to their server, which can see your IP address, like any website you visit.

Videos and social media

Some blog posts include videos from YouTube, TikTok or Instagram. Those videos are loaded from those services, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Links to our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube pages take you to those sites.

Information stored on your device

Besides the advertising and Google Analytics cookies above, the site remembers your player volume on your device. The site’s staff sign-in area uses cookies only for staff who sign in.

Website logs

Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time). We use them only for site statistics, security and fixing problems.

Children

This site is meant for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
